
The training in progress
The three-day training focused on the tailored manuals, data quality assessment tools (Lots Quality Assurance Sampling and Routine Data Quality Assessment), training quality assessment tool and Management Information System (MIS). The facilitators used group work, gallery walks, plenary discussions and posters during the training.
In their daily feedback sessions, participants appreciated the data and training quality assessment tools and described them as important tools to measure the quality of their program implementation. The participants expressed their readiness to implement the tools at all levels of the program implementation. All regional PCUs planned to roll out the training to woreda focal persons and implementation agencies soon.
In his closing remark, Ato Semachew Chekole, SNNPS PCU coordinator appreciated CDSF for organizing the training and asked all participants to roll out the training with the same level of enthusiasm they showed during the training session.
