“This training follows Module One training where we focused on analyzing and reaching agreement on competency priority and developing capacity development plans. In this module, we have learned how to design and develop capacity development activities. As the training was based on our gaps and needs and applied adult learning principles, we were motivated to learn and share our experiences during the training sessions. I have no doubt in my mind that the training will achieve its objectives. I believe that we should improve the way we conduct our training in our work places without waiting to complete all the four modules.”
