“… during the training sessions, we learnt how to facilitate using the training material that was developed previously. The training was successful because the content was prepared in such a way that we could explore our experiences. The training was participatory, and we had the opportunity to share our experiences regarding facilitation.” During the reflection session at the end of the training, participants also described the content as very useful and the facilitation as excellent. They said the training has helped them to identify the gaps they had experienced in the facilitation of trainings.

At the end of the training, participants received certificates for completing the requirements of Module Two training.  Rick Steel handed over the certificates to the participants.
