The Amhara Regional CDSF office conducted a one-day Master Facilitator Development Program (MFDP) Module Two Community of Practice (CoP) workshop on April 12, 2018, in Woreta town for regional participants who had attended Module 2 training, as well as their supervisors.

Twenty-one participants (three women) drawn from regional AGP CU, Bureau of Agriculture and AGP Implementing Agencies (IAs), as well as two supervisors, attended the Module 2 CoP.

The workshop was intended to review performance tasks completed by the CoPs and to enhance the experience sharing and learning, prioritize challenges and suggest remedial actions.

Sileshi Temesgen, CDSF Regional Facilitation Team Leader, Berihun Gobie and Gashawtena Belay, Regional Capacity Development Specialist facilitated the workshop.

Gashaw Belay, a participant and tissue culture researcher with the Amhara Regional Agriculture Research Institute had the following to say about the COP workshop.

At the closing of the workshop participants agreed that it was useful and relevant. Sileshi Temesgen thanked participants for their efforts and interest in the workshop and urged them to finalize their assignment and submit the final report before 25 April, 2018.
